Pivex Funded Review
Our Pivex Funded review: Pivex is a one-step prop firm on Match Trader that sells the same challenge as a one-time Classic fee or a monthly Membership. Pivex launched in 2025, states that it is unregulated and pays rewards by bank transfer only.
Quick verdict: Pivex Funded suits traders who want one 10% target, no time limit and a static 6% max loss on Match Trader, and who can trade under a 50% consistency rule that stays in place after funding. Pivex Membership is the cheapest way in, at $49.99 a month for $10K after a half-price first month. Pivex Funded does not suit traders who need crypto payouts, a regulated counterparty or a long payout record. The main risk is the short history: Pivex launched in 2025 and does not name its owners. If you like the one-step model but want more history, compare other prop firms with 1-step accounts first.
On October 21, 2026, pivex.com applied the WELCOME promo code automatically for 50% off Pivex Classic prices. Promo prices change often.

Pivex pricing: Classic vs Membership
Pivex sells one challenge two ways. Pivex Classic costs a one-time fee from $199 for $10K to $1,999 for $200K at standard price. Pivex Membership costs $49.99 to $299.99 a month and adds a new challenge account every 30 days until you pass or cancel.
| Account size | Pivex Classic (standard) | Pivex Classic (WELCOME promo, Oct 21, 2026) | Pivex Membership first month | Pivex Membership each month after |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10K | $199 | $99 | $25 | $49.99 |
| $25K | $399 | $199 | $50 | $99.99 |
| $50K | $599 | $299 | $100 | $199.99 |
| $100K | $1,099 | $549 | $150 | $299.99 |
| $200K | $1,999 | $999 | Not offered | Not offered |
The Classic prices come from the live Pivex plans page on October 21, 2026. That page showed prices in Indonesian rupiah to our server, and the rupiah figures match the USD prices above at the same rate. The Membership monthly prices come from the pivex.com homepage. The first-month intro prices come from the Pivex subscription pricing article, which lists them as half the recurring price.
How Pivex Membership billing works
Pivex Membership bills on the date you first subscribed and renews every 30 days. Each renewal adds a credit account, so a breached account can be replaced without a new purchase. Billing stops when you pass and clear KYC. Pivex gives the intro price only on your first-ever purchase, and promo codes apply to the standard monthly price, not the intro price. Pivex also removes the 30-day inactivity rule during the challenge for Membership accounts.
Membership costs less to start but more if you take a long time to pass. By our own math, four months on the $100K Pivex Membership costs $1,049.97 ($150 intro plus three months at $299.99). That is almost the $1,099 standard Classic fee and nearly double the $549 promo Classic price.
Is the Pivex fee refundable?
Pivex refunds the Pivex Classic fee with your third reward in the funded stage, and only after a separate request to support. The Pivex plans page headline says "100% refund when you pass the challenge", but the Pivex refund article ties it to the third reward. Pivex Membership fees and restart fees are non-refundable, and Pivex gives no partial refund if you cancel mid-period.
Pivex challenge rules
The Pivex challenge requires a 10% profit target, a 4% daily loss limit and a 6% maximum loss limit, with at least 5 trading days and no time limit. Pivex measures both loss limits on floating equity, so open losses can breach an account before any trade is closed.
| Rule | Pivex challenge | Pivex Funded stage |
|---|---|---|
| Profit target | 10% of initial balance | None |
| Daily loss limit | 4% of equity at 00:00 UTC | 4% of equity at 00:00 UTC |
| Maximum loss limit | 6% of starting balance, static, on equity | 6% of starting balance, static, on equity |
| Minimum trading days | 5 | 5 |
| Time limit | None | None |
| Inactivity | 30 days without a trade closes the account (not on Membership) | 30 days without a trade closes the account |
| Consistency rule | 50% | 50% |
| Weekend holding | Allowed | Allowed |
The Pivex daily loss limit resets each day at 00:00 UTC to 4% of that day's starting equity. On a $100,000 account that starts the day at $100,000, equity cannot drop below $96,000 at any moment that day, per the Pivex drawdown rules article.
The Pivex maximum loss is a static drawdown. Pivex fixes it at 6% of the starting balance and does not raise it as the account grows, so a $100,000 account has a hard floor of $94,000. Pivex checks that floor against live equity, which makes it an equity-based drawdown.
Pivex has no deadline to pass. The challenge stays open as long as you trade at least once every 30 days, which puts Pivex in the same group as the best prop firms with no time limit. Pivex reviews each passed account by hand before it invites the trader to the Pivex Funded stage.
Consistency rule
Pivex applies a 50% consistency rule in the challenge and in the Pivex Funded stage. No single trading day can make up more than 50% of total profit. Pivex checks this before every upgrade and every reward, according to the Pivex consistency rule article.
The Pivex consistency rule can push the real target above 10%. Say a $50,000 Pivex challenge reaches $5,000 profit and $3,000 of it came on one day. That day is 60% of profit, so the trader has to keep trading until the best day falls to 50% or less. In this example that means at least $6,000 total profit, or 12%.
Banned strategies and news trading
Pivex bans grid trading, cross-account hedging, high-frequency trading and copy trading from outside sources. Pivex treats trades closed within 30 seconds as high-frequency trading, and a cycle where more than 30% of profit comes from such trades breaks the rule. Pivex also caps combined margin at 70% of balance per instrument group.
| Strategy | Pivex status |
|---|---|
| News trading | Allowed in the challenge, restricted in the funded stage |
| EAs and bots | Allowed on accounts up to $100K, max 2,000 server requests a day, no external API keys |
| Copy trading | Only between your own challenge accounts |
| Grid trading | Not allowed |
| Cross-account hedging | Not allowed |
| High-frequency trading | Not allowed (trades under 30 seconds count) |
| Overleveraging | Not allowed above 70% margin per instrument group |
| Scalping | Listed as prohibited in the funded stage rules |
Pivex payouts
Pivex pays 80% of funded profits, or 90% with the Profit Split Boost add-on. Pivex pays rewards by bank transfer only, every 14 days, with a $50 minimum. The first reward request opens 14 days after the funded account starts, once KYC is complete.
| Payout term | Pivex Funded |
|---|---|
| Profit split | 80%, 90% with Profit Split Boost add-on |
| First reward | 14 days after funded account activation, 5 trading days, KYC passed |
| Payout cycle | Every 14 days, every 7 days with the Reward Schedule add-on |
| Minimum reward | $50 |
| Reward method | Bank transfer only (no crypto, PayPal or Wise) |
| Review time | Up to 5 business days, mainly on the first reward |
| Transfer after approval | Within 24 hours, plus your bank's own time |
| Transfer fee | $70 per transfer, paid by Pivex |
| KYC provider | SumSub, usually 1 to 3 business days |
Pivex advertises fast rewards. The pivex.com homepage says most payouts arrive in under 30 seconds and some take up to 24 hours, measured from approval, for non-US countries only. The time before approval is longer. The Pivex first reward article says the first withdrawal goes through a manual review of up to 5 business days, and the bank may add more days after Pivex sends the money.
Pivex scales funded accounts by 30% each time the trader makes 15% profit within 3 months, up to $1,000,000 in simulated capital. A $100,000 Pivex account that reaches $115,000 moves to $130,000, per the Pivex scaling article. Withdrawing before the 15% milestone reduces scaling progress.
Pivex publishes a "$12,160 max user reward" figure on its homepage. FundedTrading.com could not check that figure independently. The Pivex help centre says there is no fixed maximum reward.
Is Pivex legit?
Pivex Funded is a real prop firm that launched in 2025, publishes a detailed rule set and names two operating companies. Pivex states that it is unregulated and that every account is simulated. Pivex pays rewards from its own funds, as most prop firms do.
The Pivex about page says ALTEXX DIGITAL CORP., registered in Delaware, USA, operates pivex.com. The pivex.com footer shown to our server outside the US names VITIORIA LIMITED, registered in Cyprus under number HE 477841, with a registered office in Nicosia. PropFirmMap reports that pivex.com shows the Delaware company to US visitors and the Cyprus company to everyone else. Pivex does not name its owners. A PR Newswire release from July 4, 2025, datelined Dubai, names Azamat Kalam as Pivex's CPO.
The pivex.com footer says VITIORIA LIMITED is not a broker, exchange or financial institution and does not operate under the direct oversight of financial regulators. Pivex describes challenge fees as non-refundable payments that cover operating costs, not deposits. Read our guide on whether prop firms are legit for how this model works across the industry.
Pivex publishes trader numbers that its own pages disagree on. The pivex.com homepage claims "30 000+ traders" and "170+ countries", while the Pivex FAQ page claims "25,000+ Members". FundedTrading.com could not verify either figure. BrokerListings rated Pivex high-risk in September 2026, citing unnamed owners and the lack of a regulator. PropFirmMap gave Pivex a C safety grade in its August 2026 review.
FundedTrading.com named Pivex Most Reliable Prop Firm 2025, and Pivex shows that badge on pivex.com. See our FundedTrading.com awards page for how we hand out awards.
On Reddit, Pivex runs its own subreddit, r/Pivex, where the Pivex_ account replies to posts. Threads there mix pass stories with traders who say floating losses breached their accounts, which matches Pivex's rule that both loss limits count open equity.
Pivex Trustpilot reviews
Pivex scored 4.4 from 1,879 reviews on its pivex.com Trustpilot profile on October 21, 2026. Trustpilot shows that Pivex claimed the profile in May 2025 and pays for a Trustpilot subscription. Many recent reviews carry the "Invited" label, which means Pivex asked those customers to review.
Reviewers on the Pivex Trustpilot profile mostly praise the dashboard, the Pivex Trading Academy and fast support replies. The Pivex help centre has a billing article answering "why was I charged $100 when the site showed $50", which shows Membership intro pricing confuses some buyers. PropFirmMap reported a separate, unclaimed pivexfunded.com Trustpilot profile at 2.3 from 4 one-star reviews in August 2026. On October 21, 2026, that pivexfunded.com Trustpilot URL redirected to the pivex.com profile.
Pivex is not Pivex Group LTD or PIVX
Pivex Funded at pivex.com is a prop firm. Pivex Funded is not Pivex Group LTD, a UK consulting company, and the Pivex about page says the two are unrelated. Pivex Funded is also not PIVX, the proof-of-stake cryptocurrency launched in 2016. Pivex Funded runs the older pivexfunded.com domain as well, and both domains show the same Pivex site.
