FXIFY Review 2026: Rules, Payouts and FT30 Discount Code
This FXIFY review covers all eight FXIFY forex and CFD programs as of September 2026, the rules that close accounts, how payouts work, and which FXIFY discount code saves you the most on each program.
Quick verdict: FXIFY is a broker-backed prop firm with eight forex and CFD programs, a first payout on demand on three programs, and MT4, MT5, DXtrade and TradingView. The catch is that the eight programs run on different drawdown types, consistency rules and payout cycles. Pick the program by its drawdown and consistency rule first, then apply FT30 for 30% off.

FXIFY coupon code and promo code: FT30
FT30 is FundedTrading's FXIFY affiliate code. It takes 30% off FXIFY prop firm evaluations and Instant Funding accounts.
How to use it: Pick your program, size and add-ons, enter FT30 in the code box, and check the total drops by 30% before you pay.
What FT30 covers
FT30 takes 30% off every FXIFY program: One Phase, all three Two Phase versions, Three Phase, Lightning, Instant Funding and Instant Funding Lite. Enter it in the code box and check the total drops before you pay.
Is there a 40% FXIFY discount code?
We found no working 40% FXIFY discount code as of September 24, 2026. Sites that list a 40% code are usually showing an expired sale. FT30 gives 30% off every FXIFY program.
FXIFY Instant Funding discount code
FT30 works on FXIFY Instant Funding and Instant Funding Lite, for 30% off either tier.
On One Phase, Two Phase and Three Phase, FXIFY refunds the purchase fee with your first payout if you request it. FT30 lowers what you pay up front, and a funded trader who requests the refund gets that fee back. For codes on other firms, see FundedTrading's prop firm discount codes. Looking for an FXIFY Futures discount code instead? FXIFY Futures is a separate program, and the FXIFY Futures review covers its own rules and codes.
What FXIFY is
FXIFY is a forex and CFD prop firm backed by the broker FXPIG. Traders buy an evaluation or an instant funded account, trade FXIFY's capital under its rules, and keep up to 90% of profits, or 100% on the Two Phase Classic 30-day cycle.
FXIFY's website footer names Prime Intermarket Group Eurasia Ltd, licensed in Mauritius as an Investment Dealer (license GB24204066), and FXIFY Solutions Limited, a UK company (No. 14451720) in Clerkenwell, London, that acts as payment agent. The broker link is the main thing that separates FXIFY from most CFD prop firms. FXIFY lists FXPIG as its partner broker and offers a choice of RAW or All-In pricing feeds.
How FXIFY works in practice: you choose a program and size, customise it at checkout with add-ons for leverage, split or bi-weekly payouts, pass the phases, then trade a funded account. FXIFY also runs trader competitions from its dashboard and a free trading course.
FXIFY does not open accounts for residents of the United States and more than 30 other countries, including Russia, Vietnam, Algeria, Kenya and Ghana. Check the full list in FXIFY's terms before you pay.
FundedTrading has given FXIFY four awards: Best Broker-Backed Prop Firm 2026, Best Two Step Challenge 2026, Best Broker Backed 2025 and Best Newcomer 2023.
FXIFY rules by program
FXIFY sells eight forex and CFD programs. Three use a static drawdown that never moves. Five use a trailing drawdown that follows your closed balance up, then locks at the starting balance. FXIFY published this rule set in June 2026.
| Program | Targets | Daily loss | Max loss | Consistency | Payouts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| One Phase | 10% | 3% | 6% trailing | None | First on demand |
| Two Phase Standard | 10% then 5% | 4% | 10% trailing | None | First on demand |
| Two Phase Classic | 5% then 10% | 4% | 10% static | 25%, funded only | 14 days at 80% or 30 days at 100% |
| Two Phase Pro | 4% then 8% | 4% | 8% static | None | 10-day cycle, $4,000 daily profit cap |
| Three Phase | 5% each phase | 5% | 5% static | None | First on demand |
| Lightning | 5% | 3% | 4% trailing | 30%, challenge and funded | First after 7 days, then bi-weekly |
| Instant Funding | None | 8% | 8% trailing | None | First after 14 days, then bi-weekly |
| Instant Funding Lite | None | 3% | 4% trailing | 20%, funded only | 10-day cycle |
Three rules cut across programs. Lightning needs a stop loss on every trade and runs on MT5 only. News trading is not allowed on Lightning or either Instant Funding tier. Weekend holding is not allowed on either Instant Funding tier. Full definitions are in FXIFY's own program comparison guide.

Four FXIFY rules that close accounts
1. The daily loss limit starts from yesterday's closing balance
FXIFY sets the daily loss limit from your balance at 5 PM EST the day before, and breaches on real-time equity. Open profit does not raise the limit, but an open loss carried overnight counts in full. On a $100K Two Phase Standard, the 4% limit is $4,000 below yesterday's close. Carry a trade into the new day floating $1,500 red and you start that day with only $2,500 of room.
2. Your first payout locks the trailing drawdown at breakeven
On FXIFY's trailing programs, the drawdown floor follows your closed balance up and locks at the starting balance once you are up by the drawdown percentage. It also locks the moment any payout is processed. On a $10K One Phase, the floor starts at $9,400 and locks at $10,000. If you take your first on-demand payout at $10,300 and withdraw all $300 of profit, your balance sits at the $10,000 floor, and the next losing trade can breach the account. Leave a buffer in the account after the first payout.
3. Consistency counts your best day for the life of the account
On Two Phase Classic (25%), Lightning (30%) and Instant Funding Lite (20%), your highest profit day divided by the consistency percentage sets the total profit you need before a payout. FXIFY's example: a $100 best day on a 25% rule means $400 of total profit first. That best day never resets after a withdrawal. One $2,000 day on a $100K Classic means $8,000 of total profit before every future payout, until you post a bigger day.
4. Two Phase Pro freezes your account at $4,000 of daily profit
Two Phase Pro has no consistency rule, but a funded account that makes more than $4,000 in one day turns read-only for the rest of that day. On a $100K Pro, that is a 4% day. Traders who catch big moves should size so a single day cannot pass $4,000, or pick One Phase or Two Phase Standard, which have neither a cap nor a consistency rule.
FXIFY payouts and payout proof
FXIFY pays a first payout on demand on One Phase, Two Phase Standard and Three Phase. You can request it after your first profitable trade closes on the funded account. After that, payouts run every 30 days, or every 14 days with the Bi-weekly Payouts add-on. The purchase fee is refunded with the first payout on these three programs if you request it.
| Program | First payout | After that |
|---|---|---|
| One Phase, Two Phase Standard, Three Phase | On demand | 30 days, or 14 days with add-on |
| Two Phase Classic | 14 days at 80% or 30 days at 100% | Same cycle |
| Two Phase Pro | 10 days | 10 days |
| Lightning | 7 days | Bi-weekly |
| Instant Funding | 14 days | Bi-weekly |
| Instant Funding Lite | 10 days | 10 days |
The base split depends on the program. A Performance Split add-on at checkout raises it to 90%. The add-on costs extra, so price it in before you compare FXIFY with firms that include 90% by default.
FXIFY payout proof
FXIFY says it has paid out more than $35 million. TheTrustedProp's public payout tracker lists more than $33 million across 13,299 payouts, with a largest single payout of close to $120,000. Traders quote FXIFY's stated payout time as 1 to 3 business days. Recent Trustpilot reviewers report Rise payouts landing in about 3 business days, while a smaller group describes delays of a week or more on their second withdrawal. FundedTrading has not taken an FXIFY payout itself, so these figures are FXIFY's own and third-party data.
FXIFY platforms and leverage
FXIFY offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, DXtrade and TradingView. Lightning runs on MT5 only. Standard leverage is 30:1, and a checkout add-on raises it to 50:1.
FXIFY lists more than 100 instruments across forex, metals, indices and stocks. Traders choose a RAW or All-In pricing feed, and FXIFY lists spreads from 0.0. If you hold trades overnight, check swap costs first, since at least one recent Trustpilot reviewer called them high.
Where FXIFY's own pages disagree
FXIFY's older program pages have not all been updated to match its June 2026 rule guide. Before buying, confirm these points in your dashboard or with support:
| Topic | Older FXIFY page | June 2026 FXIFY guide |
|---|---|---|
| Two Phase drawdown | 10% trailing, 10% then 5% targets | Three variants: Standard trailing, Classic and Pro static |
| First payout | One Phase page: $50 minimum and 5 trading days. How It Works page: no minimum | After your first profitable closed trade |
| Split add-on | "Extra 15%" on one page, "extra 10%" on another | Both say the add-on takes you to 90% |
| Lightning time frame | "5 days" on the Lightning page, "7 days" on How It Works | First payout after 7 days |
The checkout and dashboard show the rules that bind your account. If a rule matters to your strategy, screenshot it at purchase.

Is FXIFY legit?
FXIFY is a legitimate, active prop firm with a named broker partner, registered entities in the UK and Mauritius, and a public payout record. As of September 24, 2026, FXIFY holds a 4.3 TrustScore from 6,280 reviews on Trustpilot. 78% are 5-star and 12% are 1-star, and FXIFY replies to 97% of negative reviews, usually within 24 hours.
What traders complain about
Recent 1-star FXIFY reviews cluster around three issues. Some traders report payouts delayed past the 1 to 3 business days FXIFY quotes, with support escalating to finance without a ticket number. Others had funded accounts closed for prohibited strategies. In its replies, FXIFY says these accounts exploited price or latency gaps. A third group bought Instant Funding without realising that FXIFY's Performance Protect option does not apply to it. The pattern tells you what to check: read the prohibited strategies list, and read the Instant Funding terms separately from the evaluation terms.
FXIFY alternatives
| Firm | Compare if you want |
|---|---|
| FundingPips | Static drawdown on all evaluations, and Match-Trader or cTrader |
| FundedNext | Another large CFD firm with several models |
| FTMO | A longer track record and one rule set across accounts |
| The5ers | A long-running firm with a set account-growth path |

Final verdict
FXIFY is one of the better CFD prop firms in 2026 if you value a broker behind the firm and an early first payout. The program choice is the strength and the risk. The same firm sells a static 10% two-step and a 4% trailing one-step with a 30% consistency rule, and buying the wrong one is the most expensive mistake a trader can make here.
For most traders, Two Phase Standard or One Phase is the cleanest pick. Neither has a consistency rule, and both get the first payout on demand and the fee refund. If you want a floor that never moves, take Two Phase Classic and manage the 25% funded consistency rule. Use FT30 for 30% off at checkout.
