Migration of Existing Accounts:
All clients will be seamlessly migrated to Sway Funded. All pending payouts will be paid in full immediately on the migration date. This integration is designed to enhance the overall trading experience by combining the strengths of both firms into a more powerful Sway Funded family.
Close All Trades by Wednesday, July 24th at 4 PM CST:
Traders are requested to close all trades by this date. Any trades remaining open will be force-closed by the system at market close on Wednesday to ensure a smooth transition.
Future of MyFlashFunding:
MyFlashFunding will now operate as an educational hub under the Sway Funded umbrella. The community and Discord channel will remain active, offering traders access to a knowledgeable, empowering community with added educators, courses, daily live calls, and much more. A Seamless Transition:
MyFlashFunding traders will be guided through the migration process to ensure a smooth transition. They will receive an email prompting them to reset their passwords using their existing MyFlashFunding email addresses. Upon logging in, they will choose a username, submit KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, and activate their accounts by clicking the “Activate” button. This process will also address any ongoing challenges and pending payouts from MyFlashFunding.
- Account Balances: Traders with account balances of $400,000 USD will receive two separate accounts of $200,000 USD each.
- Immediate Withdrawals: Once the account is activated, all payouts, including those not previously requested, will be available for immediate withdrawal.
- Challenge Phases: Traders in Phase 1 of a challenge will restart the same phase with their initial balance upon migration. Those in Phase 2 will also begin from their initial balance in the same phase. Funded traders will be moved back to Phase 2 for re-evaluation under Sway Funded’s standards.
- Refund of Challenge Cost: Traders who were funded but have not recovered their initial challenge cost through payouts will receive a refund as a goodwill gesture, given they will be re-evaluated from Phase 2.
