Welcome to FundedTrading.com (the "Site"). This Website is owned and operated by FinMediaGroup ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use FundedTrading.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Nature of Services

FundedTrading.com is a media and marketing platform dedicated to the proprietary trading industry. We provide reviews, ratings, news, and educational guides regarding Proprietary Trading Firms ("Prop Firms") and trading technology.

• Informational Purpose Only: The content provided on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only.
• Not a Financial Institution: We are not a broker, financial advisor, or proprietary trading firm. We do not hold client funds or provide trading capital directly.

3. Financial Disclaimer & Risk Warning

Trading in financial markets (Forex, Futures, Crypto, Indices) involves a high degree of risk and is not suitable for everyone.

• No Investment Advice: Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
• Prop Firm Risks: You acknowledge that passing a prop firm challenge is difficult and that most traders do not succeed. We are not responsible for any fees lost to prop firms or trading losses incurred.

4. Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure

To maintain our operations and provide free content, FundedTrading.com operates as a commercial entity.

• Affiliate Links: We participate in affiliate marketing programs. If you click on links to prop firms or brokers on our Site and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
• Sponsored Rankings & Content: Unlike some platforms that claim purely organic rankings, we value transparency. Some listings, including our "Top 5" rankings, "Featured" spots, and specific reviews, may be part of a paid advertising package or sponsorship agreement.
• Advertiser Responsibility: Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their own ad creatives. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements.

Unless otherwise stated, FinMediaGroup and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on FundedTrading.com, including our text, logos, custom "Award" badges, and graphics.

You must not:

• Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Review Guidelines: If you leave a review for a prop firm, it must be based on genuine experience. You may not post false or misleading statements, or organize a campaign of fake reviews.
