Understanding the Revival Feature:
- Eligibility: Available exclusively for traders in Phase II of the 2-Phase Challenges (Swing and regular).
- Activation: Traders can activate the Revival option within 72 hours following an account breach in Phase II, accessible via the Control Panel.
- Usage Limit: An account can only be revived once. If a revived account is compromised again, it cannot undergo another revival.
- Payment Requirement: A payment is required to revive an account, with specific fees outlined in the pricing table below.
- Refund Policy: The Revival feature purchase is non-refundable. Similarly, the Challenge fee becomes non-refundable upon successful completion of the Challenge after using the Revival feature.
How to Utilize the Revival Feature:
Dashboard Visibility: The “Revive” button is enabled only for eligible Phase II accounts within the Control Panel.
Process: By clicking the “Revive” button, traders are guided through a payment process. Upon payment completion, users receive a new account in Phase II, moving them closer to achieving Funded Status.
