Attention to all TopTier users affected by recent server problems on MetaTrader! There’s a significant update coming your way. In response to the server outage, TopTier announced that all affected accounts will migrate to the reliable Tradelocker platform!
Here’s what you need to know about the account migration:
- Challenge Accounts in Profit: If your account was making a profit during the server outage, they will adjust your account balance by an additional 2%. This adjustment aims to compensate for any missed opportunities caused by the platform being unavailable.
- Challenge Accounts in Loss: If your account balance was in a loss (meaning it was below the initial balance) before the outage, they will reset your account balance back to the initial starting balance. This will allow you to resume trading from the same starting point once the platforms are fully restored.
- Funded Accounts in Loss: If your account experienced a loss due to a trade placed during the outage, they will reverse the impact of that trade and restore your balance to the value it had before the trade was executed.
