Important Dates and Information for Traders
- Withdrawal Pause: All withdrawal requests will be paused starting Tuesday, August 20th at 2300 GMT. This pause will continue until the migration to DXtrade is complete. This step is necessary to facilitate the transition and will not impact any payouts.
- Trading Continuation on MT4/MT5: Traders can continue using the MT4 and MT5 platforms until Thursday, August 22nd at 2300 GMT. After this time, any open trades on these platforms will be closed automatically, and the trading accounts will be disabled.
- Migration Weekend: The migration of accounts to DXtrade will occur during the weekend of August 24-25th. All active accounts and personal data will be transferred securely to the new platform during this process.
- New Trading Credentials: Traders will receive new credentials for the DXtrade platform by 2300 GMT on Sunday, August 25th. If these credentials are not received by Wednesday, August 28th, traders should contact support, providing their name, email address, and old account number. Using “Migration to DX” in the subject line is recommended for faster assistance.
Steps for Traders During the Migration
- Close All Trades on MT4/MT5: Traders are advised to close any open positions on MT4/MT5 by Thursday, August 22nd at 2300 GMT. After this deadline, any remaining open trades will be automatically closed.
- Prepare for Downtime: Trading will be temporarily unavailable from Thursday, August 22nd at 2300 GMT until traders receive their new DXtrade credentials. Traders should plan accordingly to avoid any disruptions.
